🕒 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Note: Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, or product drops.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you don’t see tracking info after 7 business days, email us.

💻 Digital Products

Digital items (like journals or downloads) are delivered immediately via email after purchase. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see them. Still no luck? Contact us!

🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.” Please double-check your shipping address and track your order closely. For help, contact your local carrier or email us—we’ll assist as best we can.
